Common Symptoms of Menopause

Irregular and infrequent menstrual cycles
Hot flashes, especially in the upper part of the body, fatigue, palpitations, or night sweats, sometimes accompanied by unexplained chills
Emotional changes, quick mood swings, feelings of anxiety, depression, decreased patience, decreased ability to cope with daily life stressors, lack of concentration, and forgetfulness
